School kids rally around classmate with cerebral palsy
During a recent sports day event, kids rallied around their classmate, Daniel Boyer, a ten-year old with cerebral palsy. First his classmates convinced him to take part in the event, helping him overcome his fear of being laughed at if he attempted to run. Then, during the race, Daniel’s classmates decided to slow down and run alongside him. At the end, Daniel crossed the finish line to win the gold medal and celebrate with his friends.
