Loving Husband enlists entire town to help commemorate his wife’s last day of chemotherapy.
Brad Bousquet wanted to commemorate the last day of chemo treatment for his wife, Alissa Bousquet, who is fighting breast cancer.
A local florist agreed to sell roses for $10 a piece that would be sent to Alissa on her last day of chemotherapy. All proceeds would then be donated to the Susan G. Komen foundation.
This gift not only showed how much Brad cares for his wife. It also showed how much support an entire town was ready to provide for Alissa and others battling breast cancer. 500 roses were delivered to his wife and $4,500 was donated to the foundation in Alissa’s name.
