Serbia has an extremely large population of homeless dogs and one man made it his mission to create a loving environment for them. He bought an abandoned equestrian club, took the dogs in, and gave them a home. The care isn’t free though so The Harmony Fund was developed to help supplement the cost of feeding the pups.
