What are you doing for others?

These days it is easy to stay in our own world of always being in a hurry, constantly looking at our iPhone and focusing on our needs. It is easy to forget to be kind and to help others.

Helping someone doesn’t always have to be monumental in nature. You could volunteer for a non-profit, help a friend move, bring a neighbors trashcan to the curb, hold a door open, help a co-worker with a project, share a skill or life-lesson you have learned.

When you help someone you not only add value to the person you have helped but you also feel rewarded and fulfilled?

What can you do this week to help someone?

Put your hand on your heart and say:

I choose to actively look for opportunities to help someone else.
