Find something to be grateful for.

What are you grateful for? Really think about it. We have so many wonderful things in our lives. We are healthy. We have a home. We have food. We have clean water. We have people who care about us.

Sometimes we lose sight of our gratitude when things don’t go our way. It might even be the little things like other drivers on the road. We can easily let our complaining-self get in the way of our gratitude.

Being grateful brings us happiness. Do you spend enough time thinking about what you are grateful for?
