Human chain formed to rescue drowning family

Roberta Ursrey and her family got caught in a rip current at a Panama City Beach. There was a total of 9 total people stuck in 15 feet of water. Other beach-goers formed an 80 person chain that stretched over 100 yards out into the water to save the family in distress.
